Training



Driver prevention training, cost-efficient driving and pre-departure inspection training are regularly given to our drivers to increase their knowledge in each of these areas. These sessions are given by our competent and qualified training personnel. They aim to inform our drivers about the laws and regulations of passenger transportation and give them easy-to-apply defensive driving techniques.



To maximize these training sessions, the directors of the company are pro-active with all new essential technologies for the best possible fleet management.



Hiring



Each driver hired by the company has to follow on-road training and evaluations. During these sessions, we evaluate three important aspects: driving habits, driving attitude and driving techniques. Our training personnel can then evaluate the driver’s profile and determine what can be done so that the driver’s knowledge can equal the high standards of Autobus Laval Ltée.
